From Bake Off to Baking Business!

Hi, Tom here!

If you aren't aware already, I have a slight(*ly huge) obsession with cake! Ever since making my first birthday cake in 2018, I've been completely hooked on the world of cakes, cookies and crumbles, eventually leading to my appearance on The Great British Bake Off in 2021!

Since then, my love of baking has grown even stronger, and I'm delighted to have this opportunity to share it with you all! My mission is to create food that is as beautiful to look at as it is to eat, with a focus on gluten-free and vegan baking, so that as many people can enjoy my treats as possible!
